ON THE DAY
You will arrive on the campus and be escorted to the interview area where you will be welcomed by a KMMS colleague.You will learn about the vision and plans for the School and how the role will contribute to the development of the Kent & Medway Medical School. During the interview process you will be given the opportunity to fully demonstrate your skills, knowledge and personality as well as share with us how you can uniquely contribute to the School. You will be given the opportunity to ask questions, meet representatives from both universities and will also participate in a number of selection activities, for example:
- A competency based interview
- A skills assessment
- A presentation
- A psychometric assessment.
All of this will be confirmed in advance to candidates who are invited to interview.
